Your Responsibilities

FVRL cardholders, please:

  • Return or renew library materials by the date due;
  • Let library staff know if you move, change your phone number, email address or name;
  • Keep up to date with and observe the Library Privileges Policy.

Your Privileges

+ FVRL eCard for Residents

cursive, purple 'e' denoting electronicApply for this if you don't already have an FVRL card, and you live in Clark (outside Camas city limits), Skamania, or Klickitat counties; you live within the Woodland city limits; you live within the Yale Valley Library District.  It is valid for two (2) years and may be renewed.  Privileges include:

+ FVRL Everything Card for Residents

+ FVRL Everything Card for Non-residents

This can be purchased for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month period at $28.75, $57.50 or $115.00. A single fee grants everyone in the same household a card.  Privileges include:

+ FVRL Everything Card for Reciprocal Library Residents

It is valid for two (2) years and may be renewed.  Currently we have reciprocal agreements that include Hood River County, Kalama, Kelso, Longview, Multnomah County, Clackamas County, Wasco County, Washington County, and Yakima Valley.  Privileges include:

  • Borrowing up to 50 physical items at a time
  • Placing up to 50 physical items on hold
  • Accessing subscription eResources via FVRL's website
  • Accessing eBooks and eAudio via FVRL's website, except via Hoopla
  • Accessing eMagazines via FVRL's website
  • Accessing Music and Videos via FVRL's website, except via Hoopla
  • Using Internet computers in a library (time limits apply)

+ FVRL Educator Card

  • Borrowing up to 100 physical items at a time
  • Placing up to 100 physical items on hold
  • Accessing subscription eResources via FVRL's website
  • Accessing eMagazines via FVRL's website
  • Accessing Music and Videos via FVRL's website, except via Hoopla

+ Camas Library Card

Apply for this if you live within the Camas city limits. Privileges include:

  • Borrowing an unlimited number of physical items at a time
  • Placing physical items on hold
  • Accessing subscription eResources, eBooks and more via Camas's website
