Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad)
Interlibrary loan (ILLiad) is a service provided by FVRL that allows us to borrow materials we do not own from other library systems in the US, so you can use the item through your local branch.
- Who can use it?
-
FVRL library account holders in good standing who either are residents of the district, pay taxes to the district, or purchase a nonresident borrower's card may request items through interlibrary loan.
- How can I learn more?
-
Read the FAQs on our ILLiad site to learn how to use interlibrary loan and find out about:
- Possible costs
- Types of materials that we can borrow
- How long it might take
- How long you can keep the items
- How to renew
- Borrower responsibilities and information
Questions about interlibrary loan? Please call 360-906-5000 or e-mail illiad@fvrl.org.
