How can I tell if I'm a resident of Fort Vancouver Regional Library District?

FVRL district residents are anyone (of any age) who lives or owns property in these areas:

• Clark County (not including the city of Camas, which has its own library)
• Klickitat County
• Skamania County
• The city of Woodland in Cowlitz County
