Usually, your PIN is the last four digits of your phone number. (Connect Card PINs are different. Ask your teacher for help.)
How can I recover my PIN?
If you have an email address in your account, click the Forgot your PIN? link on the My Account/Renew page to have a reset link emailed to you.
Or FVRL staff can help you online or over the phone if you provide this information:
- Your full name
- Your birth date
- Your card number
- Your address and phone number
How do I change my PIN?
To change your PIN, you can also log in at My Account/Renew and go to the Personal Information tab's "Change PIN" section.
