Administrative Team

Jennifer Giltrop leads Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries, working directly with the Board of Trustees to provide the vision, strategy, and oversight of the library district’s operational and administrative services. Jennifer works closely with the library branches and in collaboration with the Deputy Director and Directors for Outreach and Community Partnerships, Communications and Marketing, Finance, Fleet and Facilities, and Human Resources.

Alicia Gomori oversees public services, including all library locations, with a focus on access, engagement, and support as well as provides leadership, guidance and direction to branch managers and division directors for the provision of library service. Other areas of responsibility include ensuring exceptional customer service, financially responsible operations, and responsiveness to the needs of the residents in our service area.

Dave Josephson directs the repair and maintenance of all the district’s buildings and properties as well as new construction. He's also in charge of our vehicles and couriers.

Justin Keeler's team works with community partners in and beyond the library. His staff oversees the district’s work with local school districts and with library volunteers. They also coordinate district reference services and district-wide programs such as Summer at Your Library.

Lee Strehlow's team is in charge of hiring, training, and supporting our employees. Lee also serves as liaison to the library’s two labor unions. The HR team makes sure that the district complies with federal, state, and local laws about employees.

Lynne Caldwell's staff develop and manage the library’s collection. They select and discard books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, streaming and downloadable books, and online resources. Lynne is also in charge of the library catalog and the district's IT department.

Catrina supervises the accounting, finance, and procurement/purchasing staff and functions for FVRL. Catrina started in March 2024 and comes with seventeen years of governmental audit and accounting experience through positions held at the State Auditor’s Office, local governments within Clark County and a local CPA firm. She became a licensed CPA in February 2011. Catrina enjoys supporting and serving, especially when it promotes healthy community, fiscal accountability and transparency in government.
